Hi again my lovely friends :)
Aaahh... Mak isah going to be QUITE occupied for the next 2 months. As you can noticed, I have been missing from this beloved blogging world for the last 2 or 3 weeks he he...
Perhaps that's how it is going to be for the next 2 months, and perhaps after this entry Mak isah will be here in 1 week or a little bit over a week's time okay? I will try my very best!
I am not going anywhere far :D
I am going to be occupied with preparations for my youngest daughter Noormy's Engagement Ceremony on this coming 17th July 2011.
Hopefully Mak isah will be back soon yea?
Will miss you all!
But,
do pray and wish me luck for this family preparation :)

In these day and age the Bertunang should be done with as little fanfare as possible and should be use as the first official contact between both parties and if possible to fixed the day of the Marriage. It is best the marriage is done as soon as possible. Take care.

Thank you for dropping by. Just last week I've watched and went to Noormy's Mak Angkat's son who got married. The ceremony was done in 2 whole days, the bertunang, akad nikah and the bersanding into one ceremony.
As for Noormy, I prefer her to wait for one year before indulging into a married life just like her eldest sister Zu.
With me, the Merisik (Tekul) are the first time both sides of the families meet. Then comes the Bertunang ceremony. After a year or so the Akad Nikah and the Bersanding will be done on a Saturday and Sunday for 2 days.

Insya-Allah like you said everything will run smoothly on the ceremony day. Kita hanya mampu merancang, dan berdoa, tapi Tuhan menentukan.
Insya-Allah a very moderate kenduri kahwin will be held a year later :)
