
She mashed up 4 hard boiled eggs in a bowl
Add 4 tablespoons of 'Kimball Mayonnaise' in it
Mix well, add in some pepper and salt to taste.

She uses 'Mui Fang Bread'. This is soft and not too dry.

Just spread the mixture of egg mayonnaise all over 2 pieces of bread then put them together

With a sharp knife cut the bread into halves. Stack them up nicely in a square container with a lid, ready to eat.

Do not forget to put any leftovers in the fridge. They are nice to eat too when cooled.
