Hi Pn Isah
Your buns look lovely indeed. They must be soft and tasty. To be eaten with curry? Or better with butter & jam? One day, I hope to try out your bun recipe. The banana leaf rice looks nice too. In Semenanjung, if you want, you can have extra rice free of charge. Salam bahagia.

Salam Sejahtera Temuk
Thank you. The family likes to eat the buns (exactly 25 pieces) with butter & jam for breakfast. Any leftovers I keep in the fridge and microwave again the next morning. But these buns can be left outside for at least 3 days. Oh I hope you do, I use the black oven that I used to cook my 'Bingka Pandan' in my previous post.
Talking about second helping of the white rice, we did asked you know, and yes free of charge like you said :) nice to know you have it in Semenanjung, must be few there because here I think this is the only restaurant serving rice in a banana leaf :)
Have a nice day & take care.

Hi Pn Isah
Its me again. Which of the 1/2 cup butter is mixed to make the dough (melted or softened)? I guess the other 1/2 cup butter is used in place of flour in the baking pan. Right? Maaf bertanya sebab betul nak cuba buat. Salam.

Salam Temuk
you are right to both questions, the melted butter is mixed to the dough, the soft butter used to smear on the baking tray (I should have used the word 'smear' so for sure the other half cup will not finish.
I have edited some parts of the instructions in this post. I hope it will be clearer now :)
Thank you for asking again, I hope if you do try it will be a success!
Selamat mencuba, do have a nice day.
