Sup Telor Sayur Sawi Bunga
This is the simplest soup. It is called 'Sup Telor Sayur Sawi Bunga'.
My youngest daughter Noormy will always request me to cook this soup if she is not feeling well due to fever, flu or even just having general malaise. It is very simple to cook and Noormy dislike if I put too many things in the soup.
There are many types of 'Sayur Sawi' (mustard greens?) and this one that I cooked has small yellow flowers (like the one in the picture below) at its stalks. The flowers goes into the soup too :)

To cook, very simple!
Saute 1 sliced bombay onion and 1 sliced fresh green or red chilli.
Stir until aromatic.
Add 2 cups of water.
When boiled add 1 egg (beat the egg lightly before adding).
Add salt and ajinomoto to taste.
Add a little bit of pepper powder.
Lastly add in the sliced already cleaned sayur sawi.
Do not boil too long. Off fire as soon as soup is boiling.
Serve hot with rice or alone.
Happy Weekend Everyone!
