Salam Pn IsahYour family members must be very happy (+ lucky) that you love cooking for them. The prawn dishes sure look lovely and taste nice. And the prawns look very fresh! Those must be udang laut. Just thinking of a friend who is so scared of prawns because of his high cholestrol level. I have been telling him, taking one or two pieces, once in a while, wouldn't hurt. Right? Salam bahagia.
W'salam TemukThank you for visiting and commenting on this post. Very much appreciated & honoured :)Yes these prawns are udang laut, fresh from the sea as Miri, the city where I stay, is near the sea. There are bigger prawns of course.I agree, eating 1 or 2 pieces wouldn't do any harm. If sceptical afterwards can always go for a cholestorol level test :)I eat a lot of prawns in one or two days in a row but totally neglect it for months afterwards. It is the same for other high cholestorol food too.Like any other elders, I am quite aware of the dangers too :pI will visit your blog soon to see how you are getting on :)Keep on blogging,&have a great day, sincerely, isah
